- 1. Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once an itemis dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but the product may still be eligible for return.
- To cancel, visit My Orders and select Cancel Order (if the option is available).
- If you have already paid and the order is canceled successfully, a full refund will
be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
Customers have the right to return products within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- It does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or is not fit for purpose.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, unless defective:
- Custom-made or personalized items .
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
2.3 Return Procedure
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders to initiate a return.
- You may be asked to upload photos and a reason for return.
- Once approved, instructions will be provided for shipping the itemback or
scheduling a pickup (if available).
2.4 Refund Timeline
- After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processedwithin 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to seller error (wrong or defective item), we will cover thereturn shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, thecustomer will bear the return shipping cost.
